Versatility and flexibility
The game was created in such a way as to flexibly adapt to the needs and abilities of the players and a coach or other specialist – conducting the entire process. Through playing this game with your clients, you have the option of using two game variants:
THE BASIC VARIANT
You only use the elements on the board and the basic scenario (The Game Master’s Book
THE EXTENDED VARIANT
You use both elements on the board as well as a set of inspirations from the scenario, namely, additional deepening exercises, included in The Game Master’s Book
Expanding the customer’s perspective
In addition, when working with the Heros Navigares game, you can go through the whole process of TGROW-compliant coaching, using only the game and activities designed in it or (depending on the needs and capabilities of the client) – work only with a selected process stage, e.g.
- work in the area of customer value;
- work with vision and needs;
- support the determination of measures of the achieved result as well as their eco-friendliness and pro-activity;
- work in the area of strengths;
- analyse resources;
- work with the use of client archetype analysis;
- support in creating an action strategy related to the obstacles encountered;
- support in work on building the proper self-esteem;
- creating an action plan;
- summarising the client’s previous experience, his/her achievements, successes and difficulties – treating them as a kind of “hero’s journey” – a journey of which he/she is a hero and from which he/she can draw inspiration and knowledge to achieve another goal.
